Christine is the Managing Director, owner and creative force behind Quest for Success Ltd. She holds a firm belief that everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be and to live the life they want to live. Everyone is fundamentally magnificent.
Her vision for Quest for Success Ltd is to continue to provide the highest quality NLP training and coaching available and to mindfully support her students in their desire to make incredible change to their lives and to the lives of others.
Her passion and enthusiasm for NLP is clearly evident in all of her trainings, having experienced the magical changes that can be achieved first hand.
As one of only a handful of ABNLP Certified Master Trainers in the UK, Christine is a highly experienced, very charismatic, energetic and engaging trainer with the rare ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts and to explain everything with clarity and precision. Her knowledge of NLP is second to none and she really knows how to train it in a very practical way. She is one of the most accomplished trainers in the profession, training courses across the UK and Europe on a regular basis. With a thirst for knowledge, she takes her own continuous personal development very seriously and everything she learns, she passes on to her students. Above all, Christine really connects with her students and cares deeply about their learning. The students she trains are the best of the best.
Christine created Quest for Success Ltd following 17 years working in the Corporate world. Her wealth of broad ranging business experience includes IT, Environmental Science, Personal Development Coaching, Business Consulting and Innovation, within a variety of complex business environments. She is also one of very few NLP Trainers who frequently works with her own coaching and therapy Clients, consistently applying the thinking she trains and developing new and exciting approaches. Above all, she never stops learning.
On a personal level, Christine is a keen horse woman, having ridden and owned horses since she was a child. She is a qualified PADI Open Water Diver and also enjoys dancing, regularly attending Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Zumba classes. Christine’s other passions are motorsport, travel, food and wine, not necessarily in that order!

Rod benefits from many years of experience in the Learning and Development Profession, across both public and private sectors. Fuelled by a passion to assist others in their growth and development, Rod focussed his business on NLP and NLP Coaching.
With extensive Leadership and Organisational Development experience in the NHS, Rod developed his interest in team coaching to improve relationships at work. After completing his NLP studies, Rod integrated his learning into assisting individuals and teams to overcome mental barriers and to get incredible results. Rod takes a keen interest in supporting male wellness and the results his clients achieve are transformative.
On a personal note, Rod is a keen tennis player and a member of a local club and competitive team. He is a keen cook, enjoying walking and gardening to relax.

George has extensive managerial and practical experience in Telecommunications, Business Reengineering and R&D projects, dating back to 1987. He has also taken leading roles in many European Projects.
George is a Certified Project Management Professional and has extensive experience in Project Management Education and Consulting and has educated more than three thousand professionals in Project Management and Leadership topics worldwide. He teaches Project Management in postgraduate level courses (MBA and M.Sc. courses).
He is the creative co-founder and Vice President of the PMI Chapter in Greece and has authored several publications on Project Management and Leadership Skills.
George is one of the founding members of the Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA), which is the local Chapter of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and achieved his NLP Practitioner Certification with Quest for Success Ltd in Athens.
Studying NLP has awarded George with a whole new insight into how Projects are Managed, how Leaders lead and how team dynamics function on a daily basis. He is very excited about integrating NLP into Organisational Development and is the co-creator and co-presenter of the Quest for Success Ltd NLP for Project Managers and Team Leaders initiative. His aim is to achieve ground-breaking results in effectiveness of Strategic Projects, Programmes & Portfolios by integrating NLP into Corporate thinking.
