The programme has been mindfully designed, drawing on our own extensive experience of NLP Training over 3 continents, to support you in your continuous growth and development both personally and professionally. The programme architecture is both challenging and supportive, encouraging you to move way beyond your perceived boundaries and towards limitless success.
As your business grows, so must you as a trainer of NLP. A given requirement of an NLP Master Trainer is that you are fully conversant with all the content of the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Trainings and have a firm grasp and understanding of the processes of NLP and how they function in the neurology. It is important that your thinking is at least 2logical levels above that of your students so that you can pay attention to their abilities and learning styles. You also must be skilled in meeting the needs and expectations of your students. This programme will support you in developing excellence across all these foundational essentials.
To reach the level of Master Trainer, it takes time, perseverance and determination. During the programme we will monitor your progress closely and ensure that you complete your tasking to the best of your ability. Comprehensive feedback will assist you to make the necessary adjustments to have you accelerate your progress. To succeed, you must complete the programme.
To achieve the title of NLP Master Trainer, you must have specific experience in the process of conducting NLP Trainings. At the beginning of the programme you must become an expert in delivering trainings at the basic Practitioner level and later at the advanced Master Practitioner level.
A Master Trainer of NLP has precise and immediate recall of all the content of NLP at Practitioner and Master Practitioner standards. You must be able to coherently and precisely train any topic from NLP at a moments notice with no advanced preparation and demonstrate that you are thinking at least two logical levels above that of your students foreach subject you are training.
The exercises that you run within your training can be the difference between you succeeding in training a topic or not. You must be able to understand and discuss exercise design from a point of thinking at least 2 logical levels above that of the exercise. Clarity of purpose and deep understanding of process for each exercise is crucial to your student’s success.
A Master Trainer of NLP also maintains the highest levels of integrity and ethical standards during their trainings and demonstrates the highest level of respect for their students. Training must be diverse and inclusive and respect cultural norms naturally and without drawing attention to difference. Achieving these rigorous standards will enable you to achieve Master Trainer status with the prestigious American Board of NLP (ABNLP).

On expression of interest, you will be offered an informal interview with our Master Trainer so that we can discover and understand:
Depending on the joint outcomes of this interview, you will then be invited to join the Business Accelerator and Training Mastery Programme.
On completion of each full calendar year that you have been an affiliate within the programme, you will be awarded with a progress certification to mark the milestones towards your Master Trainer Certification.
